Job Description
Level 1 Help desk, handling simple case user
encountered
IT staff prepare, distribute and record for new
onboard employee
IT device management
Simple communicate with IT in HQ if necessary
Files classify and organize
Other IT Relevant things assigned by leader
Requirement
Computer/Network (Computer science and
technology) majored(Computer III certificate is preferred )
Know about AD system
Familiar with MS office software
Good communication skills (read &write),
good attitude
Simple communicate in English
