Job Responsibility:

？ PC, server, network device, video conference and other IT device maintenance. Regular IT support

？ PC inventory, license, user account management

？ Support the above work for other places in China (Shanghai, Beijing lab, Guangzhou lab, Gardner Shanghai)

？ Network, VPN and leasing line maintenance

？ Support local IT project (e.g. Tong ling plant extension & coordinate SAP task)

？ Closely work with BYK Shanghai IT team, China regional IT & global IT.

？ Collaborate with Finance, business and process team to optimize existing systems(Local ERP & Future SAP).

？ After SAP go-live: ServiceDesk system SAP open ticket follow (Incident & Change request)

？ After SAP go-live: Weekly meeting with HQ and local SAP outsourcing support team Syntax

？ After SAP go-live: Weekly open issue review between local user and SAP outsourcing support team

Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):

？ 2 ~ 3 years’ experience in application support, development or project experience in SAP will be a plus

？ Knowledge in manufacturing area will be a plus

？ Experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry will be a plus

？ Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes

？ Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, spirit of enterprise, and team spirit

？ Education/Degree Requirement: Bachelor degree or above

？ Major: Computer Science & Engineering

？ Language skills & proficiency: Fluent English communication ability
