Your tasks:

• Plan, direct, and manage the IT Department in order to ensure development and implementation of cost effective system and efficient operations to meet the company’s current and future requirements

• Provide counsel and guidance to management personnel to contribute to optimum utilization of information processing services

• Plan/ control required outsourcing partners, department staffing, hardware/software acquisitions, and facilities to ensure consistency with and support of the corporation’s business plans

• Establish Chinese IT policies, standards, practices, and security measures to assure effective and consistent information processing, to safeguard the information resources, and maintain consistency with corporate global IT policies

• Create IT department’s regulations(daily, weekly, monthly and yearly)

• Support on day-to-day operations and resolve issue for hardware, software and telecommunications

• Support implementation and ongoing management of ERP software

• Manage IT project as per company requirements

• Evaluating the safety, cleaning, environment validity

• Training subordination and Training evaluation

• Controlling the waste
  

Your profile:

• College or above. 5 years or more job experience in IT

• Experience within the Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 AD

• Experience with ERP Business work flow

• Experience with wire project

• Experience with professional Database( Oracle or MS SQL or DB2)

• Experience with program

• Experience with IT project

• Strong communication, motivation and team building skills

• MCSE
