Responsibilities:

1.Provide the technological foundation for much of their organization’s day-to-day operations；

2.Conduct basic training with end users who may not be familiar with the finer points of IT；

3.Responsible for liaising with affected stakeholders, identifying the problem, devising a solution, and implementing that fix;

4.Maintain Network Components:handle updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas;

5.Collaborate & Align with Corp IT – The incumbent will be work closely with IT Ops Manager with our Geodis Corp IT for all the related IT infrastructure setup and deployment for APAC ;

6.IT Systems administration/provisioning – administration functions such as managing user accounts and profiles and maintaining hardware and software inventory and licenses;

7.Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements of the company/client;

8.Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and system standards.

Requirements:

1.University degree, degree or post graduate degree with a module in information systems is preferred；

2.Good IT analysis, trouble shooting skills and ability to prioritize tasks；

3.Motivated, organised and can work under pressure with tight deadlines；

4.Professional certifications designating the holder as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V), or Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect (AWS CSA) will be a definite advantage；

5.Fluent in business level communication in both verbal and written English and Mandarin；

6.2-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support is preferred.

7.Good English speaking is highly preferred.
