Then come in and join our team as an Agile Coach. This position is based out of Spain, and you will have colleagues in regions such as EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific. Your mission and responsibilities: You drive our global IT Infrastructure organization in transitioning to an agile culture with its corresponding methodologies Task and responsibilities: Definition of processes, guidelines, principles for the building of the Digital Engagement and Infrastructure agile framework and ensures the team follows the agreed framework, often facilitates key sessions, and encourages the team to improve Promotes alignment on strategy, projects, activities within the Digital Engagement and Infrastructure team Influencing a culture of innovation & agility and liaison with other functions providing support and/or services. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency through improvements Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching Coach senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization Facilitates teams’ priorities and the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams Maintain objectivity regarding issues and how to troubleshoot them by applying agile principles Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery Ensures efficient and effective ways of working across the project’s/activities/initiative’s life Promotes in the team self-organization and cross-functionality Achieves targets by detecting the issues or fault in a timely and proactive manner Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in large transformation projects in complex, global matrix organizations with cross-cultural management experience Experience in using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe). Certificates preferred Drive for continuous efficiency improvements, customer and user focused and results driven Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English Experience implementing agile methodologies with non-software teams (business agility) Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to forge relationships and influence effectively at Senior Management level High level of initiative and ability to work independently Being part of our team: Our global team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company. 55,000 dedicated colleagues in over 70 countries are driven to shape the future of healthcare.
