• You collaborate with business closely, have good understanding of business processes with clear ownership, and talk in business language to be the contact personnel for internal customer on requests and escalations, be a key liaison between IT and business as an enabler.
• You understand and follow IT support & operational model very well, link with IT teams globally to promote global solutions and IT policies, advocate tool adoption and share knowledge proactively.
• You hold solid application and infrastructure knowledge, capable on business analysis with mindset of business case (benefit vs. cost), lead and manage the proof of concept or project together with vendors, architects, internal operations and service team, to build high performing & valuable solution to the business.
• You follow the technology trends actively, participate or lead the discussion together with business in region for regional only requests like legal, HR or tax regulations.
• You work closely with architect team; give input to the respective teams on adjustments to the technology roadmaps & solutions based on the voice collected from business, able to join the roadmap or solution discussion to improve the quality of IT deliverables.
  
  Your Profile

• Bachelor / master degree in IT or corresponding area, at least 10 years of experience in application, infrastructure, business analyst or partner role
• Passionate about quality and continuous improvement, strong analytical skills, you are result oriented and proactive
• Solid hands-on business partnering experience
• Solid IT knowledge like SAP, manufacturing applications/MES, shopfloor related infrastructure
• Solid experience on project management, agile or project management certification is a plus.
• Multi-cultural sensitivity and willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
