Job Description
Siemens Corp., IT Americas (CTR AM) organization is seeking a qualified intern candidate to support its United States User Engagement (UIT) activities in Alpharetta, GA. The employee responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Automation of UseIT processes and services Meet with team members to get info for their area of expertise and identify areas of opportunities for automation / process improvements Create solutions for automation / process improvements based on Microsoft PowerPack (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) Implement solutions in cooperation with topic owner of US UseIT Team Help prepare training materials for MS PowerPack technology Required skills: Basic development Strong M365 PowerPack (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) knowledge Presentation skills Communication skills Innovative thinking (thinking outside the box) Technology skills o SharePoint o Creative design Required Knowledge / Skills and Education: Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings Draft and develop presentations and documentation for management Good understanding of IT Technologies Ability to work effectively with multinational and diverse group and demonstrate leadership skills Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a variety of concurrent activities Self-Starter with good time management skills Experience with SharePoint Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly Ability to think innovatively and outside of the box Creative design skills utilizing Adobe Suite and other design programs Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written) Must have proficient working knowledge of applications of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and must have basic knowledge of SharePoint or other collaboration software. Internship Start Date: Summer 2022 Preferred Qualifications: Overall Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred, but may consider 2.5 and above Education: Current rising junior or senior undergraduate students pursuing a BA/BS, Masters or MBA student Majors: Marketing major is desired Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
