WE NEED YOU

Apply your wisdom and technique to fix & analyze IT issues, facilitate business & final users’ purchase experience

From operational point of view, give your technical feedback to product owner, to contribute on product optimization

Manage product version release & hot-fix, participate testing process

Exchange with business team, maintain the stability of back-office system and complete the business process, to help them implement Production activity effectively

Be active to share your knowledge and ideas with inside or cross team and create a environment of sharing, caring and growing together

Dare to ‘’jump out of box’ and participate in valuable and chellenable digital projects and activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sports lover;
• Bachelor degree(or above) in Computer Science and related;
• Motivation in IT, having clear career development plan;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail is a must;
• Team player, who is also able to make decision and manage missions autonomously;
• Good communication skills in English (French speaking would be a plus);
• Have great analysis and problem-solving skills and attitude;
• Familiar with Java and SQL would be a plus;

MISSIONS

• Support ERP application on Production/Industry domain covering whole Asia;
• Daily application stability and data quality monitor(Control Tower, DQM, and we welcome any new tools to optimize our job);
• Involve in Non-Regret-Test of new version releases;
• In terms of systematic logic and technique, to provide consulting and solutions based on business needs;

- Collaborate with global IT and other domain all over the world to boost business; - Reporting & analyses monthly IT performance, plan action for improvement;
