BUSINESS PARTNERING

1. Engage with business teams within his/her area of responsibility to communicate and scope the IT plan aligned with overall IT plan

2. Closely partner with business teams to understand business demands and evaluate proper IT solutions to fulfil the needs in areas of make, planning, quality and materials.

INNOVATION ACTIVATION

3. Undertake activation activities for Global IT Innovation & Service Line activation programs as required by IT Business Partner

4. Align with Global Tech 4.0 strategy, support Finance/HR/Legal/Workplace excellence by evaluating and implementing new technology for plants and warehouses to leverage digital opportunities as well as better system integration between different platforms to enable big data analysis.

5. Undertake the relevant project initiation and execution to support business growth/excellence purpose

LEGACY & HERITAGE SERVICES

6. Work with Global Innovation team to provide necessary integration activities for L&H (Legacy & Heritage) applications to support Global innovation programs

7. Undertake the necessary project management and application development activities for L&H Innovation projects within scope responsibilities

8. Work with local vendors in delivery of application management of L&H Applications

9. Assist with communication and resolution of Incidents for L&H applications

10. Input to review of L&H services within area of responsibility and help to develop action plans for these.

11. Undertake necessary activities to ensure achievement of L&H service improvement plans within area of responsibility

EXISTING GLOBAL IT SERVICES

12. Support the IT Manager to ensure effective delivery of day to day IT operations, ensuring that IT services delivered are as per business requirements

13. Align with Unilever standard operating practice in delivery of IT Services

14. Input to review of Global services and execute global initiated projects within area of responsibility and help develop action plans for these and track achievement of action plans within area of responsibility

15. Contribute to implementing key actions to address service improvement area.

16. Manage the delivery of out-of-scope activities and maintenance of out-of-scope infrastructure as appropriate within scope of responsibilities

17. Assist with communication and coordination of status of Urgent Incidents within the Geography and understanding impact to support resolution of these incidents

COMPLIANCE & DRP

18. Adhere to governance & compliance framework

19. Support execution of DRP plans as appropriate within area of responsibility

OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

20. Work with 3P in Geography as appropriate

21. Deliver activities to best leverage IT within area of responsibility
