Please note that this position is not a remote position and requires one to be in person at our Hilliard, Ohio office.
As the IT App Operations Engineer Lead you are responsible for the managing the availability, integrity and overall operations of applications and the related software and hardware infrastructure to ensure continuity and achieve a high level of performance and availability. You will also be responsible for the steering of service providers and the management of software providers and maintenance agreements.
You are also responsible for executing ITSM/ITIL processes to ensure ongoing stable operations and alignment with SLAs. You will steer providers in the execution of Tier 2 support tasks, SLAs and resolving escalated support issues. You are responsible for commissioning, administering, capacity planning and optimizing the associated hardware and software components.
In addition, you will support new initiatives through Startup Management (SUM) processes to provide efficient and stable operations. You will monitor and correct operation of the assigned system, ensuring changes to the system are made for ongoing run and support. You will also provide regular forecasts for local infrastructure. You will update ConnectIT, CMDB and other Operations data repositories to support sound planning and Operations.

Requirements:
- 7+ Years of demonstrated success in Information Technology, with at least
- 5+ Years in a senior level IT operations/engineering role
- 2+ Years specializing in IT Application Operations as a mid-level engineer
- 1+ Years of experience participating in Agile projects
Technology Preferences (role specific):
- Informatica’s data governance suite, particularly Enterprise Data Catalog, Informatica Axon, Information Data Quality, Data Privacy Management and SUSE Linux
- 5+ years network infrastructure/operations
- 3+ years of experience in multiple modern programming languages and legacy technologies, e.g. Javascript, .Net, C#, Web, databases, Salesforce, ASP, ASP.net, Angular JS, T-SQL, Python, HTML, Oracle, R, ABAP, SAP HANA, Adobe Experience and Marketing Cloud; experience in Mainframe technology, DB2, Oracle or cloud native database design
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud based environments and cloud migration, user experience design and test driven development, automated unit testing, continuous integration and deployment, rest API and other service oriented architecture approaches
- 3+ years SQL Server
- 1+ years cloud environments management/Iaas Operations
