Job Description

    Responsibilities：

  • Business IT support for the Sales and Marketing applications；
  • Basic Java development；
  • Documentation of process and system flows for the related applications；
  • 1st level support of user enquiries；
  • Analysis of system performance；
  • Issue tracking and resolution together with other IT teams；
  • Support of eCommerce operation；
  • Assist on user training.

    Requirements：

  • 2020 bachelor or master degree in computing science or related discipline；
  • Basic computer programming technique；
  • Network security；
  • Concept of B2B；
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
