This is an application developer position in Matter to Judgement (MTJ) in IT's Corporate Functions group. IT-CP MTJ partners with Growth Acceleration Team providing IT solutions in supporting Intel legal world-wide. Application developers in MTJ develops, implements, and maintains computer based systems to meet business requirements. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related field OR equivalent experience, at least 5 years, additional to:
- 3+ years of experience in data-driven web application development using UI frameworks such as React and Angular.
- 5+ years in software development in Microsoft .NET and SQL server environments using Microsoft .NET 4.0 or later, and in C#, ASP.NET and T-SQL using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or later
- 3+ years of experience in developing applications for integrations and middleware utilizing service oriented architecture
- 3+ years of experience in relational data models, data modeling, database programming using Microsoft SQL server 2016/2019
- 2+ years of experience in team environment using agile methodologies
- Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack enterprise application development
- Experience in utilizing existing patterns and libraries to implement the solutions with minimal need to reinvent existing systems
- Strong business analysis and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and technical documentation writing
- Ability to interact with business owners/stakeholders, end users and expanded technical teams to discuss their data, applications, and project requirements, development, testing, and maintenance needs

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
