Overview

This position will lead a team to be responsible for establishing/executing back-end IT solutions/projects, including but not limited to ERP, PLM, OA, BI, HR system, Acting in a key relationship management capacity to provide a conduit between C&A China IT team in relevant functional area to ensure C&A China information technology needs are managed consistently, Following professional IT and delivered with a high level of quality. This position involves assessing and articulating detailed operational, analytic and executive business requirements to design, deliver and support technology solutions.
The manager will report to the IT Director, leading project management and daily operating activities for back-end applications.

Responsibilities

? Deliver timely and efficient solutions for corporate business function, including
Merchandise team, Planning&logistic, Operation, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc
? Employ effective organizational and time‐management skills to deliver solutions to routine and emergency requests and general needs within established timelines.
? Establish centralized application support processes incorporating business service level agreements.
? Hold team meetings to review previous performance and future improvement planning to include action plans.
? Manage problem resolution as needed.
? Responsible for mentoring, training, evaluating, and developing team members.
? Provide support, information and assistance.
? Take responsibility for motivating and retaining an outstanding team.

? Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 6 years related to IT technology planning, project management
? Bachelor degree in MIS, Computer Science or related discipline
? Strong experience in implementing SAP ERP over a 3-5 years period is a must
? Rich experience in fashion apparels industry, familiar with the solution of PLM(PDM), Merchandise planning and allocation
? Ability to manage multiple, complex, on‐going tasks and projects
? Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
? Data analysis skills and insight
