Job Description

OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE


The IT Application Support will be the business IT interface, responsible for application level 2 support, ticket handling, application change management and assisting Product Line Owner and Project Manager to deliver projects.


Responsibilities include:

  • Application Level 2 support
  • Application daily operation/maintenance/user access management/system configuration/SOX & security monitoring
  • Manage change management and work with both internal business and third party vendor to deliver the change
  • Support Product Line Owner and Project Manager on project delivery

Requirement:

  • 5 years working experience in application support/business analysis
  • Working experience in Global company is preferred
  • Good English communication
  • Application experience in CRM, Web site, Mobile APP and Digital solutions
