The IT Application Support will be the business IT interface, responsible for application level 2 support, ticket handling, application change management and assisting Product Line Owner and Project Manager to deliver projects.

Responsibilities include:

1. Application Level 2 support

2. Application daily operation/maintenance/user access management/system configuration/SOX & security monitoring

3. Manage change management and work with both internal business and third party vendor to deliver the change

4. Support Product Line Owner and Project Manager on project deliver

Requirement:

1. 5 years working experience in application support/business analysis

2. Working experience in Global company is preferred

3. Good English communication

4. Application experience in CRM, Web site, Mobile APP and Digital solutions
