Job Description

As an IT Applications Coordinator Windows and Linux you will be ensuring the correct and smooth operation of all applications in the area. 
Furthermore, you will be monitoring that all incidents on applications are resolved according to the service level agreement, as well as providing follow-up of any escalations, and proper steering of vendors to provide the necessary solutions.

Also you will be responsible to communicate effectively IT process changes to the affected user community and problem scenarios to the Global IT Organization.

o             Bachelor’s degree in Informational Technology or Computer Science.

o             5+ years’ experience in Windows Server 2012/2016.

o             3+ years’ experience in Linux systems and PostgreSQL

o             3+ years’ experience in Powershell.

o             Common understanding in Real Time Location applications.

o             ITIL v3 intermediate level.

o             Fluent business English.
