As an IT Applications Coordinator - Linux – Windows, you will be ensuring the correct and smooth operation of all applications in Critical Production Shopfloor Systems.

Furthermore, you will be monitoring that all incidents on applications are solved according to the service level agreement, as well as providing follow-up of any escalations, and proper steering of vendors to provide the necessary solutions.

Also, you will be responsible to effectively communicate IT process changes to the affected user community and problem scenarios to the Global IT Organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server and Linux systems.
• 3+ years’ experience in Python and PostgreSQL
• Strong skills in IT critical operations and good understanding of real time location applications.
• ITIL v3 intermediate level.
• Fluent business English.
