Responsibilities:
- Provide general IT technical support, such as helpdesk service, account administrator, PC replacement & upgrade (i.e. First Tier PC help desk support);
- Basic troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g. PCs, disk drives, and printers, etc.);
- Setting up and configuration of desktop computers, peripherals and accounts;
- Installation of software and peripherals;
- Coordinate with vendors on software licenses, IT procurement and maintenance;
- Update / revamp website and carry out daily website maintenance;
- Assist in IP Cameras and NVR installation and maintenance;
- Assist in servers monitoring, network infrastructure and database management;
- Perform Ad-hoc tasks as needed; and
- May be required to work outdoor and outside standard hours to ensure system maintenance.
Requirements:
- 1 year user support experience in an environment with Windows desktops, Windows servers and Microsoft applications;
- Diploma or above in Computer Studies / Information Technology or related disciplines; F.5 / Holder of Certificate with more relevant experience will also be considered;
- Basic knowledge of Window Server, Router, Switch, Telephone System, CCTV system;
- Hands-on skills in Microsoft software products (Windows OS, MS Office, etc.);
- Hardware troubleshooting experience (PC, TCP/IP networking devices, etc.);
- Experiences in installation and configuration of windows 7 and windows 10;
- Good customer service attitude and communication skills, enthusiastic and responsible;
- Good team player and willing to learn;
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English.
