IT Assistant / IT Technician

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out daily system maintenance work including server backup, log checking, anti-virus server monitoring & control etc.
- Responsible for on-site IT support on different sites in Hong Kong Island, such as hardware diagnostic, windows & nas operating system and software installation, and IT problems troubleshooting.
- Responsible for carrying out daily system maintenance work including server backup, log checking, anti-virus definition update etc.
- Perform regular tasks including system health checking and website maintenance.
- Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve relevant IT, CCTV, Wi-Fi and Telephone system problems.
- Handle IT documentation and reporting.
- Perform other assigned tasks by supervisors.
Requirements :
- Certificate/Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years relevant IT experience in desktop support, server, network and system infrastructure support.
- Experienced with major operating systems, core desktop applications, software etc.
- Independent, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Work location: Wan Chai and Hong Kong Island.
