Responsibilities:

• Responsible for SDLC procedure setup and execution, including the creation of test scripts and sanitary check/regression tests;
• Maintain and manage hosting accounts, and its related configurations;
• Manage source code and control deployment versions on UAT site;
• Manage data and perform corrections for any discrepancies;
• Monitor and report on unusual readings with reference to predefined system KPIs;
• Support IT cut-off routine as part of the fulfillment operations;
• Follow-up ad hoc tasks and projects per assigned/ upon request.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines;
• 1 year of experience in system support, IT project execution, and/or infrastructure management;
• Good communication skills and able to deal with internal and external IT teams/ support;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
