Function / Team -.

• Scope of Services: Responsible for the delivery of infrastructure projects for CSIS (Cyber Security & Infrastructure Services) Portfolio solutions delivery – including network, hosting and other infrastructure related services.  This will be supported by robust reporting and stakeholder management. 
• Stakeholder Relationships: Work closely with the Technical Project Manager in the Infrastructure Demand and Delivery Team. Leverage the Solution Architects and the Network Technical Architects / Engineers to deliver projects.
• Project Delivery: Accountable for allocated infrastructure project planning and delivery to ensure change is delivered to meet business needs and to the agreed time, scope and quality. 
• Supplier Management: Manage relationships effectively with global and regional suppliers and technology partners

Candidate Focus & Challenge –

• Project Delivery: Responsible for all stages of the assigned projects and the effective deployment and usage of assigned resources to ensure a successful delivery
• Project Reporting: Responsible for the overall health of the projects by monitoring on-time, on budget milestone and benefits attainment, project risk control and project governance.  Ensure all project management documentation requirements are met
• Project Planning: Ensure that realistic project plans are prepared and maintained and tracks all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to IT & business management.
• Change Management: Responsible for change control, gaining agreement for revisions to the project(s) from project sponsors and other key stakeholders.
• Reporting and Tracking: Produces reports as required by IT management, on project status.

Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Experience –

• Overall experience should be more than 5 to 7 years, and in that 3 years+ continuous infrastructure delivery experience in managing projects in a complex, multinational, corporate environment required
• Excellent project management skills from business case, implementation and benefits realisation.
• Experience in implemented infrastructure projects previously (like network, hosting and cross infrastructure services)
• Basic understanding of Network/hosting/MW technology and terminology
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization is essential
• A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence
• Ability to analyse requests or issues and provide the best possible solution
• Ability to prioritize, re-schedule or adapt to changes
• Ability to communicate in English both written and orally at all levels, basic level of Japanese language will be a plus
• Ability to collaborate across the different technology services
