Main Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting/Business Intelligence (BI):

• Acts as the entry point for all the BI IT Admin needs for to support our Business Insights, Sales & and Marketing teams

• Maintains BI tool in close cooperation following the regional strategy

• Ensures alingment on Dashboard reporting

• Identifies training needs and provide trainings to employees

Business Partnering:

• Partners with key stakeholders to create strategic business plans

• Identifies, screen and evaluate a new solution BI opportunities to address business needs

• Responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps to ensure successful introductions locally and across the organization

Interface with Region/Global:

• Actively interacts with relevant above market stakeholders

• Deploys global requests taking into consideration local needs and strategy

• Analyses incident tickets to identify and address gaps in training

• Responsible for documenting local IT service and process

IT Project Management:

• Independently supports and rolls out global projects in the local marketing company

• Drives and controls the processes and timelines

• Leads projects following agile methods

Essential Requirements

• Ideally technical degree with 4-6 years relevant experience in the field of IT Project Management and/or BI

• Strong technical understanding of BI systems and Commercial IT architecture, including knowledge of systems and technologies typically used by the sales & marketing in pharmaceutical industry

• Experience in supporting BI applications

• Knowledge / understanding of MS Power BI background / options

• Good communication, influencing and facilitation skills

• Ability of buildnig good workin relationships with all levels

• Experience in IS/IT in Service Management roles and duties (ITIL)

• Experience in IS/IT in agile and classic project methods

• Experience of working in a global organisation in a geographical context and ability to influence senior management

• Experience with data modelling, management, reporting and analytics

• Fluency in German language

Desirable Requirements

• Professional in-depth knowledge of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry within functional area
