Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to boost business performance and customer experience through smarter use of technology
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and rationale for change
• Involve in full IT project lifecycle from inception to completion - including project planning, user consultation, requirements analysis, options development, project execution, solution validation, user training, testing and change management, etc.
• Be the liaison between business users, programmers, and external IT service providers
• Carry out  multiple change projects across the enterprise covering HK, China and Vietnam

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Systems Engineering and related majors
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar role, preferably in medium-size company
• Result-oriented and team player with strong analytical skills and most importantly a “can-do” attitude
• Willing to take ownership and are driven by a professional curiosity
• Comfortable with technology and the use of technology to drive improvement
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing industry is a plus
• Good command in written and verbal communication in Cantonese/English/Mandarin
• Base in HK with occasional travelling to China
