We’re looking for a IT business analyst to:

• engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
• translate business requirements into technical documentation
• contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
• identify opportunities to improve our processes
• as Scrum Lead for an AGILE Team
• act as a Lead Business Analyst on change projects by providing IT solutions and assist in implementing them
• conduct requirements-gathering activities, using a variety of internal and external data
• work out user stories than can be implemented, tested and released smoothly
• collaborate closely with other team members (development, testing etc.) to drive delivery within an Agile framework.
• run all sprint ceremonies including scrum calls, sprint retrospectives and product backlog
• responsible for managing resource within an agile team of Business Analysts, Developers and Testers
• take a lead role in the migration of the Market risk model suite from On-Premise to the Cloud
