Position Summary:

This is a client facing strategic role for projects and regional support. Overall the candidate will be responsible for the end to end Lifecycle of deployment activities like Analysis, requirements facilitation, configuration, testing and go-live planning. Plus, problem solving for BAU user issues. You will have the opportunity and responsibility to work across ERP systems like Oracle E1 QTC, SAP SD, PP and MM across APAC.

The role will challenge you to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives like new implementations of ERP instances – Cloud or On Premise for emerging markets as well requests for enhancements of existing global ERP systems.

The role will require the candidate to possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with the APAC regional Business users, IT and Global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and suggest system improvements
• Collect business requirement
• System configuration and development to meet the business requirement
• Prepare functional specifications for development, configuration and testing
• Validate and test configuration
• Support user testing and data migration
• Train the users and provide go-live support
• Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process
• Work closely and communicate with the global team in the USA
• Comply with company’s Global IT Policies and Procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or similar qualification and/or relevant experience, training and proven delivery capability.
• SAP Quote to Cash experience of around 4-7 years which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration
• Must have experience with a major ERP platform such as Oracle E1 and/or SAP ECC6.
• Experience in Implementing & Supporting SAP SME Cloud or On-Premise solutions e.g. – SAP B1, SAP BBD will be an advantage.
• Experience with Oracle Siebel, Oracle Agile, IBM Cognos, Web Methods, MS Fast Search, Day Content Management, Comergent commerce, TRAX PPS, credit card processing, EDI, and use of SQL would be a plus
• Well versed with Oracle E1 or SAP SD, MM, PP Processes and understand integration points between Oracle E1 or SAP SD, MM, PP and other SAP modules, e.g. FI/CO, MM/SRM, PP, PS, SD, CS.
• Having consulting experience in mapping "as-is" to "to-be" and able to perform gap analysis is a plus.
• Design & Configuration support for Oracle E1 or SAP MM, PP modules, with hands on experience and aware of Oracle E1 or SAP best practices.
• Experience in component testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Positive attitude towards problem solving and working in teams
• Having experience in manufacturing processes and solution design in an integrated landscape will earn clear advantage
• Exposure in MES, CamStar system is highly preferred
• We are looking for a team player who can plan and manage communication across different teams and client. He/She should also be able to provide business process and Oracle E1/SAP expertise and guidance on complex processes.
• Experience in maintaining, managing global templates.
• Experience in higher end mobility environment would be beneficial but not must.
• Excellent Written as well as Oral Communication Skills
• English speaking is a must.
