Responsibilities:

• Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scope
• Meet and interview users to understand requirements for systems
• Document fact-findings and results, design new process for delighted customer experience (CX) and specify system changes
• Document business requirements for systems including business process workflow documentation
• Identify functional impacts to front-to-back systems due to the gathered business and regulatory requirements
• Ensure the IT security control and regulatory compliance requirement are included in all the proposing solutions
• Coordinate software package evaluation and supports the preparation of product evaluation reports
• Work with and integrate with Project Office and IT teams to develop project solutions
• Work with project teams to define and track business benefits with Finance
• Write and present project proposals with gather information
• Review technical design and specification to confirm the defined functional and regulatory / security requirements have been met
• Define critical success factors to drive the project issue tracks and system tests
• Support preparation of UAT plan and scripts
• Support users in preparing training materials, user manuals and assists and facilitate the initial training of trainers of new systems

Requirement:

• Tertiary education in computer science and related subject, with 5 years or above in relevant working experience
• Certificate(s) of PMP or relevant qualification (desirable)
• Solid experience to run large IT projects in banking
• Proven experience in handling regional projects and stakeholder management across diversified business units
• IT or management knowledge and skills in banking applications and technology initiatives desired
• Project experience in Fintech/Digital Banking areas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
