The IAM Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between clients, Global Access Administration (GAA), and IAM product development/build teams, working closely with developers, project manager, support team. 

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Review high-level requirements created during the pre-and-post solutions processes for continued feasibility; escalate any issues/gaps to leadership. 

  • Works directly with clients and applies IT and business knowledge and experience to develop and understand the business needs & requirements. 

  • In partnership with other project team members and stakeholders, assist the project manager define schedule 

  • Work with client and other stakeholders to identify detailed functional and non-functional requirements; document these following the standard template. 

  • Conduct and/or participate in requirements if required. 

  • Involve throughout the pre & post-implementation and testing following the solution documentation. 

  • Document activities and specifications required for the ongoing management of the solution following the standard template and baseline operations team procedures. 

  • Socialize engineered deliverables with the client and other stakeholders, including operations team members, and receive required approvals. 

  • Maintain individual development goals and objectives with leadership support and guidance, then pursue completion of established objectives 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or product development experience.

  • 1 year of Sailpoint experience.

 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ is a plus 

  • Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment 

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills for coordination, and testing of application integration 

  • Good communication and writing skills
