We are looking for a IT Business Analysis to join UBS Finance Technology who can:
• participate in global & strategic full life cycle projects to harmonize financial & controlling processes and optimize the application landscape
• drive IT changes by bringing a deep understanding of SAP FI/CO process design and implementation in SAP based on "Best Practices"
• lead workshops which aim to capture, analyze and document business cases and requirements, while building a strong relationship with key stakeholders
• identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize and standardize business processes
• challenge inconsistent processes and propose workable improvements
• ensure application development initiatives are well managed and delivered on expectations, functionality, timeliness and cost
• involved in the incident management processes (3rd. level support) and drive continues improvement to stabilize the environment and improve efficiency
• collaborate with peers within in the IT-organization and across multiple business units
