Directum company is a leader in enterprise content management (ECM) market in Russia and CIS countries. We are considering opening a new office in China.

We are looking for an experienced business analyst in China, who are interested in implementing ECM solutions and developing Directum products.

Directum is a powerful ECM platform for efficient content management and collaboration. We offer а wide range of ready-to-use solutions for automating standard as well as specific business processes. Today more than 2600 organizations in 20 industries across 10 countries rely on us.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate is expected to:

• Interview customers and analyze their business processes;
• Outline recommendations for business processes’ optimization;
• Analyze China's ECM market, identify clients’ needs, work directly with business stakeholders;
• Participate in system development (working with IT team members);
• Support sales;
• Participate in industry events: exhibitions, conferences;
• Organize and conduct demonstrations of Directum functionality in accordance with clients’ needs.

Requirements

• Profound knowledge of enterprise content management and business processes automation software;
• Understanding needs of Chinese’ companies in ECM software;
• Understanding actual practices of document and business process management in China;
• Fluent English (spoken and written), Russian language skills are welcome;
• Proven experience in ECM implementation projects;
• Knowledge of process modeling notations: bpmn, epc, idef;
