Mission:

Business Change is Focus on coordinating the right change activities such as training & communication and other change activities to ensure smooth & successful roll out of global & regional projects in collaboration with business. Facilitates business demands to relevant Business Architects, Process experts or IT expertise to enable successful outcomes from technology investments.

Responsibilities: ·

• Extracts, Analyze business requirements and work closely with Business users ( KU / BI ) on requirement gathering to fit business need ·
• Organize business requirements into BRD and get validated & Signed off Business Case by KU / BI
• Collaborate and consult with Global IT colleagues and external service providers to deliver highly dependable, secure, and integrated solutions to the business
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical scope and specifications,Identify opportunities and deliver system improvements and operational efficiencies to meet technical and business demands
• Regularly liaise with users to provide system support, user training, and Educate , promote IT services ·
• Communicates about Global Projects & Facilitates their implementation at Regional Level,Serve as a key member on a global Application teams providing qualified support and consultancy services; and participate in global roll-outs & projects ·
• Communicates to business about the change, the reason for change, the benefits of change & the change methodology ·
• Identifies all stakeholders affected by the change & performs training need, the activities required for change management like – trainings, interactive sessions, workshops, handouts etc. ·
• Manage Stakeholder expectations ·
• Ensures business readiness for implementation & contributes to Go / No Go decision ·
• Coordinates with user engagement team to execute the change management activities ·
• Analyses the data on user experience for improving effectiveness of change management

Qualification Required:

• Degree in computer science, Engineer or similar.
  

• Minimum of 10 years in Experience as Application Consultant would be added advantage




• Expertise in relevant Applications (e.g. SAP & relevant modules)




• Expert knowledge of IT Demand management and business analysis methodologies




• Konledge of IT Project Management




• Proactive, dynamic and excellent communication skills.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to generate solutions
  

• Excellent English, both speaking and in writing.
