PRIMARY FUNCTION: Eaton is a power management company actively engaged in growing our market share within the IT Channel through a focus on small and medium partners.We are looking for highly curious, adaptive sellers who have a passion for helping customers make purchasing decisions within our IT Channel. In this highly complex marketspace the applicant should be comfortable synthesising & using information from a wide range of sources to help our partners seek out active markets for growth. You will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing a commercial strategy for the SMB partner accounts to profitably grow sales of our solutions within the IT channel. You will manage the active recruitment and onboarding of new partners as well as supporting the development and growth of our existing partner base. You will work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to drive effective sales processes driving growth of our partners. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for driving the commercial strategy within this partner base. Develop relationships within the partners organisation and understand how we support our partners growth. Partner with our marketing teams to define action oriented plans that make a difference to our SMB partners. Be an advocate for key customer requirements and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure these are met. Explore and create new opportunities and business in focus markets as well as understanding market insights to identify our next growth opportunities. Perform regular training to ensure our partners have a strong understanding of our offers and facilitate additional support requests from our partners. Proactively manage business reviews of accounts and secure our opportunities for growth Master working though complex processes across our sales and marketing organisation and ensure they can identify paths to success. Key collaborators will be our product lines, back office functions as well as sales and mktg teams. Ensure they are kept updated of market trends and are able to inspire and communicate to our internal stakeholders and influence where decisions need to be taken Maintain close relationships with the internal sales team to ensure good understanding of the partners needs in a timely manner and support from a technical point of view various initiatives developed within the team as per Eaton's strategy.
