This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for a technically astute IT professional, with proven experience from within a similar IT Business Partner role, who can lead successful delivery of IT services across a large matrix organization. Your mission and responsibilities: The IT Business Partner for Edgewater / Boston serves as the single point of contact for the Edgewater / Boston team for IT services. You will be responsible for successful delivery of IT services based on service levels agreed between the Edgewater / Boston Leadership Team and HC IT. (This includes services delivered by third parties) To partner with the Edgewater / Boston business team focused on consistent IT service delivery and continuous improvement To openly collaborate with the regional/global SHS IT teams ensuring consistent service delivery and continuous improvement across the sites To manage relationships with external providers as required to ensure performance levels are meeting all agreed upon business/IT requirements To provide leadership to all local IT resources (internal and external). To coordinate/collaborate with the Global Business Partner team to ensure consistent service delivery, processes and best practices across POC. To regularly communicate to the Edgewater / Boston team, ensuring a common understanding of all IT projects/processes impacting the business. To work closely with the global HC IT team to ensure Edgewater / Boston sites are aligned with corporate initiatives and future system developments. To ensure efficient and seamless services delivered across own local operations and/or external providers To manage operative demands and service requests according to IT Governance strategy and regulations To monitor the performance and reliability of all IT data processing systems for Edgewater / Boston and provide recommendation for cost effective improvements To comply with and support the Edgewater / Boston’s Structured Safety and Health Process (SSSHP) and Edgewater / Boston’s Health, Safety and Environment statements, policies and procedures.
