• Head of the IT function for the China and Taiwan markets.
• A key member of the country management teams as the IT advisor for the business
• Engage with the business to develop the IT strategy and roadmap that will support the business plan and strategy.
• Leverage Asia region and global resources to deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions to the China and Taiwan markets.
• Communicate the future direction of group IT systems and solutions to the country leadership teams.
• Foster understanding of how current and future technology and systems can be exploited to deliver country plans.
• Utilize the appropriate technologies to ensure that the organization has the solutions they need.
• Specify and design local solutions not provided by the global or regional application roadmap.
• Lead IT vendor discussions to find sustainable providers who can support local solutions.
• A member and leader within the Asia IT Leadership team
• Able to communicate effectively and should think like an entrepreneur.
• Results oriented with customer focus and ability to work in a matrix organization

• University degree and above
• More than 8 Years of IT business partnering & IT management experience
• Good knowledge of, and the ability to apply, the principles of project management and change management
• Demonstrated leadership skills, > 3 years proven management experience (i.e. team lead or project manager)
• Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and translate into system needs
• Appreciation of business analysis, system architectures, technology standards, mobile technology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid knowledge of the service industry is an advantage
