Siemens Finance is a part of Siemens international corporation, focusing its activity on the financing of equipment and investments we are looking for a person for the position of IT Business/System Analyst (f/m/d). The person in this position will be responsible for preparing IT business analyses, supporting the process of project execution and the overall IT solution implementation cycle as well as analysing process improvement opportunities. What are my responsibilities? Coordinate, manage and perform end-to-end business analysis, support estimations and prioritization of changes, training, testing, documentation and go-live Work closely together with developer team, business stakeholders, vendors and delivery & release management Provide proactive maintenance and support in conjunction with the support/systems teams, handle incidents and service requests as well as perform application monitoring and reporting Support related projects throughout their lifetime, with a focus on requirements analysis and creation of designs Consult the business for integration of new technologies and process improvements, increasing efficiency for the team, the customer, end users and business profitability Ensure the systems are compliant and secure, and any changes are performed in accordance with our change management procedures and audit standards Understand the business functionality and data model including system impacts / risks Perform IT Tests and coordinate UAT tests upon new releases for the changes, fixes or enhancements that are managed by you What do I need to qualify for this job? 2+ years’ experience in requirements engineering, application maintenance and/or IT projects Experience in finance, leasing or banking sector Experience with team collaboration and project management tools (JIRA, WBS, Mind-mapping, prototyping) Experience with business process modelling (BPMN, UML) Knowledge of SDLC / standard change processes (ITIL) and requirements analysis processes The ability to work in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies Good English language skills (speaking and writing) Customer centric oriented, self-driven and self-motivated Analytical mindset & decision making with result and quality orientation Communication skills with multiple stakeholders with different domain knowledge Consciousness for regulatory and audit requirements Team player mentality with end-to-end ownership Result and quality orientation with adherence to timelines and compliance guidelines (Optional) Knowledge of Webcon BPS (or other BPM tools), LeoCMS (or other CMS solutions) (Optional) A technical background, e.g. knowledge of databases and SQL, interface technologies etc. What we offer?
