Job Overview
The Business Systems Analyst support role supports the Aftermarket organization to provide the best in class dealer service applications and systems. This position will work closely with the business, customers, and developers to support applications ensuring uptime and reliability of applications and rapid problem resolution if an outage occurs. Responsibilities includes incident and problem management, business requirements development within an agile environment and liaison between the customer, business and IT. This position will directly support the Aftermarket vision of improved truck uptime and service optimization through service applications.

Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external business partners to analyze business needs, gather and document requirements and prioritize work with a scrum team
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for developers
- Align work to a planned build / release schedule using an agile development methodology
- Act as primary contact on all open issues and questions about open support issues
- Monitor and follow up on daily support inbox action items
- Escalate issues as needed to 3rd level support team
- Interact with management on project activities
- Communicate status to all stakeholders
- Comply with and influence Daimler standards where applicable
