• Support and management of the company's IT backend infrastructure (storage and backup);
• Physically or remotely install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot storage and backup systems (NAS, HDS, NetApp, Veeam, etc.);
• Follow IT change process to plan, coordinate and implement changes to global IT systems;
• Optimize global storage and backup environments and monitor them continuously;
• Participate in regional or global storage and backup related projects supporting all global data centers and remote sites.

• 本科或同等学历，信息技术相关专业优先；
• 至少3年在企业存储产品（NetApp/EMC/HDS/IBM NAS)方面的实践经验；
• 至少1年在企业常用备份软件（如Symantec, Legato Networker, Veeam backup）方面的实践经验；
• 基本的网络知识（TCP/IP、DNS、AD等）；
• 自我激励，结果驱动，渴望学习；
• 具备团队合作精神。
• 加分项：

NetApp Certified Data Administrator （NCDA）及类似证书；
了解Hitachi Vantara (原HDS)存储日常操作；
了解Windows/Linux(Redhat/SUSE)/ESX, VMware日常操作；
基本了解ITIL流程（尤其是配置管理、变更管理、事件管理流程）；
与远程/全球团队成员合作的经验或具备一定的英语听说读写水平;
自动化/脚本知识。

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in information technology is preferred;
• At least 3 years of practical experience in enterprise storage products (NetApp/EMC/HDS/IBM NAS);
• At least 1 year of practical experience in enterprise commonly used backup softwares (eg Symantec, Legato Networker, Veeam backup);
• Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, AD, etc.);
• Self-motivated, results-driven, eager to learn;
• Teamwork spirit.
• Plus:

NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) and similar certifications;
Understand the daily operation of Hitachi Vantara (formerly HDS) storage;
Understand the daily operations of Windows/Linux(Redhat/SUSE)/ESX, VMware;
Basic understanding of ITIL processes (especially configuration management, change management, incident management processes);
Working experience with remote/global team members or have a certain level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

Automation/scripting knowledge.
