Job Description

- IT engineer in Bosch group's IT Global Operation Center located in Suzhou, with focus on Critical ticket lifecycle
management
- Provide 8(hours/day)/7(days) coordinates real-time response to critical tickets from identification through resolution
- Evaluate the severity of every incoming issue, ensure the final critical incidents are addressed to the appropriate
support groups and to be solved in the quickest manner
- Lead the collaboration mode during critical ticket lifecycle, pull in appropriate parties to support, take the escalation
function as needed
- Collaborate with product, solution team to align the improvements on product/service/solution to reduce the
occurrence of critical incidents
- Create and manage reporting on critical incidents and defined KPIs
- Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and
responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or diploma with relevant technical discipline and experience is preferred
• 2+ years IT operation related working experiences
• Generic /Broad IT infrastructure/application knowledge
• ITIL Theory with above intermediate operation module know-how
• Be familiar with data analytic tools and know-how of python is perferred
• Highly motivated, target oriented and able to work independently
• Good customer orientation, ensuring IT services to the customer in the continuous way with customer satisfaction
• Good consultation/negotiation/persuasion skill with high influencing competence
• Good communication skills, reliable and trustworthy and able to work in a global context
• Able to work at flexible working hours (work at the weekend)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
