CI/MIR AP is acting in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions and Joint Ventures with focus on IT. One of our major core competence is the lead of transition projects in the region AP and support global projects and due diligences.

We expect from the Senior Project Manager in regional M&A projects to lead the IT-Workstream. In global projects we expect to take over the role of the regional lead. In addition, lead and act as the project manager for the built up of the IT infrastructure and systems for the newly setuped RB sites.

Project Management and support within M&A projects
Manage the whole IT-Work Stream in regional divesture, integration and Joint venture projects
Project Lead of the Client Workplace in global divestiture projects
Take over the role as a temporary local IT-Manager for the acquired entity in post merger phase
Conduct due diligence activities for IT part in the early stage of regional related M&A projects


In addition, the project manager is also expected to act as the role of IT business partner (ITBP) for our Joint Venture customer. As ITBP, he/she will be the direct interface between customer and CI internal product/business teams.

IT Business partner for RB Joint Venture customer
Manage feedback and escalations from JV customer
Identify and translate specific business requirements from customer, and support yearly business planning
Interface to the JV IT team, and support to integrate RB IT solutions into the local JV environment

Competence
Bachelor degree (preferred in computer science or engineering or similar academic education)
Good background in IT, knowledge in the area of IT-infrastructure or IT applications is a plus
Very good project management capabilities
Experience with projects in the area of Merger and Acquisitions is an advantage
Experience of business development in IT area is preferred
Understanding of IT operations, familiar with ITIL process is an advantage
