We are looking for an IT Program Manager with a fair understanding of Asset Management business and Data office.

The ideal candidate is able to:
• Manage resources not directly working for you and be in a position to effectively work with the team towards the agreed deliverables
• Provide leadership, oversight and input on new change initiatives as well as effectively streamline the existing business processes
• Analytically plan and structure the program
• Strategically put together program business cases that hold up over the long term
• Be on top of the program financials by working closely with the Business Manager and AM IT COO office
• Lead technical/project team to integrate/develop applications using Scrum Methodology partner with senior stakeholders across the organization
• Oversee and lead in application design discussions, offering viable solutions to different needs yet keeping to Bank Standards
• Act as a key interface with key vendor / sourcing leads to engage resources at appropriate stages of execution
• Direct and mentor the project managers to ensure effective execution on the ground
