In your new role you are the line manager for a global team of IT professionals where you develop the team’s capabilities for the functional domain, such as service management, project management and consulting for the Low Code technologies Mendix and Pega You manage the whole service lifecycle and act as entrepreneur as well as provide a service vision while deciding on strategy and service details You create business impact and maximize the value of corresponding IT solutions and services and ensure continuous improvement You plan required capacities for demands related to the Low Code service portfolio You obtain the end-to-end responsibility for the service “ACES”, based on the Business Process Management platform PEGA, incl. overall responsibility for the service budget of € 5’+ You manage internal and external service provider and situations with conflicting demands/requests from different stakeholders (e.g. the service teams/value centers) and align service activities closely with all stakeholders within IT and the corresponding Business Units You drive transformation towards a collaborative OneIT (e.g. foster digital leadership skills, encourage autonomous teams, dissolve hierarchical behaviors, drive international collaboration, also with partners, etc.) You forster a growth mindset, act as a mentor and ensure an agile way of working By doing that you make sure the service team delivers the desired outcome What you need to make real what matters.
