Then come in and join our team as IT Nexthink Consultant in IT Infrastructure! (Located in Spain) A Certified Nexthink consultant or competent professional with around 8 years of IT experience including 5+ years of extensive experience in PowerShell scripting along with ITIL process like Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management. Tasks and Responsibilities Manage and operate Nexthink tool daily which includes Nexthink analytics, proactive monitoring, create investigations, campaigns, surveys, Dashboards, reports, engage the end-user to help fixing the problem proactively, troubleshoot and perform the RCA, make sure the defined KPIs are met, automate wherever possible. Responsible for installation and configuration of Nexthink on Modern Workplace clients Maintain Nexthink healthy operations in terms of product upgrades and healthy consoles Develop Remote Actions based on Windows PowerShell and advanced Nexthink Scores based on XML Identify area of automation for issues being reported Implement and maintain Nexthink tool interface integration for e.g., ServiceNow, chatbot. Support customers initiatives on Nexthink areas of operations Being able to translate analytics findings into appropriate content Perform strategic analysis of business problems to identify and evaluate options/alternatives. Develop metrics, dashboard/scorecard/reports for insights and data visualization. Drive & Engage problem elimination actions to enhance the overall service. Engage with platform partners to enhance tool functionalities &/or to address issues with the tool. Detect and indicate the possible root cause of proactive incidents that the monitoring tool flags. Provide troubleshooting to fix potential incidents proactively for the End-users Creates reports and proposed actions on class issues that affect more than 10 users and can become Problem or Change records. Able to develop customized scripts based on PowerShell/ other scripting language to automate manual tasks. Qualifications Working experience on Digital Experience Monitoring tools like Nexthink, Systrack any other industry standard tools Experience on end user computing common issues and proper ways to solve it for enterprises Good hands-on experience on Microsoft windows clients support and proficiency in issues that could be seen in an end user environment Understanding on how various components works in end user environment Antivirus, malware protection, desktop deployment, software distribution, client server applications, network environment etc., Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting Microsoft windows clients for issues and understand the architecture of Windows clients. Need to have innovative approach as problems might be unique and need to use different RCA techniques. Expert knowledge in workplace automations Sound knowledge in Service development and product Lifecyle management Practical knowledge off anyone scripting language in PowerShell / Visual Basic / shell scripting Expert in Incident and Problem Management processes and procedures. Extensive technical knowledge on end user computing Good knowledge of IT operations in challenging environments Experience on integrations with ServiceNow event management. Good knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM data model Good knowledge on the third-party integrations like chatbot, Microsoft ecosystem with Nexthink Strong knowledge on ITIL & ITSM with proven experience. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and its applications Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork. Self-starter and innovator. Preferred: knowledge on data science and how to use scripting and visualization tool to provide insights Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to the teams as well as IT executive management Excellent troubleshooting abilities Critical thinking, Deductive thinking, Problem solving skills.
