Job Description
As Partner of Choice, our Global Business Services (GBS) support Siemens’ companies worldwide to achieve excellence in their internal processes in areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Care and many more. We are looking for a motivated specialist who is innovative and customer oriented. With us you can be part of an international service network which offers you flexible and mobile working. As an IT Consultant (m/w/d) for Processes and Internal Tools within GBS H2R DPS you can improve and coach DPS members in compliant IT processes. You are the single point of contact for the relevant process topics. In general, we expect you to have profound knowledge with 4+ years of experience in the following IT process compliance topics: Incident Management Change Management Emergency User Management Disaster Recovery Management Risk Management Data Privacy Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service Working together with DPS members will comprise: You are responsible to ensure Process adherence You are the SPOC for relevant process topics (see above) within the DPS organization You are responsible to find opportunities for continuous process improvement Prepare and execute trainings to our DPS community to all process relevant topics You are familiar with the German Federal Data Protection Act (Datenschutz-Grundverordnung: DSGVO) You are familiar with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) SPECIFIC SKILLS Profound knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) Profound knowledge in scrum and agile methodology (e.g. Kanban) Profound knowledge within the cyber security framework and requirements of Siemens Profound knowledge in Incident and Change Management Processes in an IT environment Advanced knowledge in the German Federal Data Protection Act (DSGVO) Advanced knowledge in the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) Advanced experiences with the global Siemens process e.g., ASECO, OPERA, Export Control, ACP Result-oriented and independent way of working Experience in analysing complex system issues and executing necessary solution approaches by ensuring process compliance Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have) Diversity at Siemens is our source of creativity and innovation.
