Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 提供所有电脑相关硬件,软件和其他相关设备的技术支持;
Provide technical support for all computer related hardware, software and other related equipment;
2. 负责安装、调试公司电脑和其他相关设备;
Responsible for installation and commissioning of company computers and other related equipment;
3. 根据公司IT标准和操作规范,安装和配置操作系统和各类软件;
Install and configure operating systems and software according to company IT standards and operating specifications;
4. 管理应用程序和服务器;
Manage applications and servers;
5. 及时处理电话系统及打印系统的相关问题或故障;
Deal with problems or failures of telephone system and printing system in time;
6. 解决跨职能团队各类系统故障;
Solve various system failures of cross-functional teams;
7. 完成公司和上级交待的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by company and superior。
Requirements / Knowledge and Experience:
1. 大专及以上学历,计算机相关专业,有MCSE证书或ITIL认证者优先;
College degree or above, major in computer science, MCSE certificate or ITIL certification preferred;
2. 4年以上跨国公司IT技术支持的工作经验;
At least 4 years IT support experience in multinational company;
3. 熟悉微软操作系统,包括Windows 10, Office 365, 戴尔的产品, 软件发布平台等;
Familiar with Microsoft operating system, including Windows 10, Office 365, dell products, software release platform, etc;
4. 思维活络、条理清晰,有较强的逻辑分析和理解能力;具有良好的沟通、协调能力和服务意识。
