IT Data Analyst work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including:

- Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.

- Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.

- Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.

- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.

- Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions.

- Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process.

- Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support.

- Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical BE in Computer Science/Engineering, or Technical MBA or MS Computer Science/Engineering, with a focus on data and analytics, preferred.
- Proven 7+ years of experience in data and analytics and data lake/data warehousing with emphasis on enterprise-scale sales and marketing.

- Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in solution design , knowledge of modern techniques such as data vault or knowledge graph data models, and data fabric is a plus.
- Excellent working knowledge of data governance solutions such as metadata management, data cataloging solutions, data integration, data quality, master, and reference data management
- Experience with Scrum Agile/SAFE methodologies and practices including Minimum Viable Architecture Product
- Experience with enterprise technology platforms such as HANA DB containers, Azure Cloud Data solutions, PowerBI, and/or other similar technologies

This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
