Do you have a solid track record in advising on IT and data law (including aspects of data privacy)? Do you have expertise in the legal aspects of business usage of data?

We’re looking for an IT/ data privacy lawyer to:

• partner with the business to provide advice on the legal issues surrounding the analysis and review of internal data
• act as a subject matter expert for legal matters related to acquisition and use of data across a range of potential datasets
• advise on contractual questions on outbound and inbound data licences
• advise (with the assistance of external counsel) on intellectual property matters relating to the creation and use of data
• monitor legal and regulatory developments in this area
