Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support on installation and configuration of laptop, desktop and server computers, printers, and other peripherals
• Provide technical support for employee PC hardware and software, end-user guidance in the use of desktop software tools
• Supporting a Windows based client computing environment – particularly Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 and MS Office / Office 365 and Active Directory
• Provide IT support for telephone system administration, as well as local interface to 3rd party technology vendors and service providers
• Any other adhoc requirements from Supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or Computer Science or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in providing in Level 1 Support such as
• Good knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 OS, MS Office / Office 365 and Active Directory
• Experience in upgrade win 7 PCs / laptop to win 10 and office version and other essential software
• Excellent customer services skills and working attitude
• Short notice / Immediately available preferred but not a must
