Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for desktop PCs & Mobile Devices
Setting up work stations (set up computers and software system installations)
Perform basic hardware improvements
Record and manage all incidents and requests in ticket-tracking system
Develop and update new and existing process
Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and delays
Update and manage inventory on new incoming hardware orders
Communicate with vendors for incoming hardware orders and repairs
Work in shift hours (8 hour shifts), work during non-office hours may be required
Requirements
Diploma or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines
1 - 3 years of experience providing technical support in an end-user environment
Experience providing support in the financial/banking industry is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows configuration, desktopadministration, MS Office
Experience to handling mobile OS such as Android and iOS
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Great communication and problem-solving skill
Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin will be a plus)
Fresh graduates will be considered
