Its portfolio covers government jobs, residential, commercial, highway & bridge works with continuous developments. they are hiring an IT Development Manager (Smart Product) to take the lead in analyzing product requirements and database architecture design.
 

Job Descriptions:

• Analyse product requirements and take the lead in database architecture design
• Design the high-level application architecture and software modules
• Manage the team to complete the product development for construction site, and resolve the problems occurred during the development process
• Optimize the system architecture and technical scheme
• Prepare and consolidate all the project documentation
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ solid software development experience in sizable company
• Experience in smart construction site/ smart home and IT is highly preferred
• Proficiency in using Java/ Python/ MySQL/ SQL Server/ Oracle
• Familiar with RDBMS principles and common optimisation techniques.
• Experience in leading database architecture optimisation and scaling is a plus.
• Conscientious and proactive
• Able to complete the project goals on time with high quality and work under pressure
• Strong analytical, summarising, problem solving and project management skills and decision-making capability
