This is your role. • SieSales based on Salesforce is the globally used CRM platform for Siemens with more than 19.000 users in over 100 countries • As Sales Solution Architect / SieSales Solution Architect you own the architecture of SieSales which is based on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and integrated solutions as MS Azure (as Integration Platform) and Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua and CDP from Oracle) • Ensure that the architecture is optimized to meet business requirements while not comprising on system performance and scalability. • Coach the development teams to comply to architectural standards (e.g. with regards to out-of-the-box rules) and acts as a technology advisor. • Steers the SieSales Architecture Board and Design Authority Board. • Single point of contact to Salesforce product management in order to raise enhancement requests and to discuss product gaps and upcoming product features. • Responsible for the further development and monitoring of the SieSales Governance Model. Use your skills to move the world forward. • You have successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar • You have many years of experience in delivering IT services and/or projects, as well as in working with and managing suppliers in complex IT enterprise environments and with external System Integrators. • Experience in CRM architecture, solutions and sales processes • You have proven ability to understand and translate IT service requirements into specifications with the needed curiosity to question things. • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts. • You have strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization. • Proactive team worker, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. • Solid analytical skills. • Business (contract and negotiation) fluent in English, German is a plus.
