Objective: Be a strategic liaison and project manager to define the Digital path for the company and dealers in conjunction with our business partners. Plan, design, develop, and launch new end-to-end and easy-to-use digital solutions and enhancements; this includes analyzing already existing business functions and processes. Drive innovation and mindset shift within IT, business and dealers.
Responsibilities:
· Business Partner for all areas and retailers: Manage working relationships, expectations, and agreements with business areas, IT collaborates (market, region, HQ), vendors and dealers. Understand the processes and value-chains of the internal business partners. Be a networker and serve as an effective communicator between all areas and IT within Digital Transformation projects by identifying and utilizing cross-divisional synergies across the organization. Be a business expert who understands and helps to shape business objectives & strategy.
· Demand & Service Delivery: Lead Digital Transformation projects. Plan, design, develop, and launch new end-to-end and easy-to-use digital solutions and enhancements; this includes analyzing already existing business functions. Ensure that the projects are delivered in-scope, on-time, and on-budget. Example of upcoming projects: Salesforce, DMS (Autoline interfaces), CDM, E Commerce, BI, Online Sales, etc
· Driving Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest IT technologies. Advise on the existing and potential impact of technology that could be applicable for implementation in the Company
Profile:
· Education: Systems Engineer, Informatics, Administration or similar.
· Language (s):English: written and spoken 80%
· Work experience: 2-3 years on similar position, Project management experience.
· Technical requirements:
o Project Management and Scrum
o Desirable knowledge: web development, data base, Sales Force (CRM), Middleware and/or Autoline (DMS)
